Vision
By 2025, the Department of Pediatrics of the University of the Philippines College of Medicine, Manila – Philippine General Hospital will be known nationally and internationally as a leader in transformative education, excellent services, collaborative and innovative research accountable to God and the nation.
Mission

Develop leaders in transformative education in pediatric undergraduate and postgraduate levels

Act as role models in the provision of general pediatrics and subspecialty services according to national international standards
